We ship from Auckland using trusted NZ couriers. Most urban deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days. For rural (RD) addresses, please allow an extra 1–2 working days.

• Working days: Timeframes are Monday–Friday (public holidays and peak periods may add a little extra time).
• Rural & remote: RD and outlying areas typically add 1–2 working days to the standard window.
• Authority to leave (optional): If it’s suitable for your address, you can request ATL with your order notes.

At Adsports NZ, we prioritise re-use and recycled materials for our packing. Your order may arrive in packaging that’s been directly reused from shipments delivered to us (or donated to us), or in cartons and mailers made from recycled content.

What you might receive

• Re-used cartons & void fill: Clean boxes, paper, and protective materials given a second life.
• Recycled-content mailers/boxes: Packaging manufactured from recycled fibres whenever re-use isn’t suitable.
• Occasional new packaging: On rare occasions we’ll use new materials (e.g., odd sizes or extra protection) — we keep this to a minimum.

How to dispose or re-use

• Cardboard & paper: Flatten and recycle in your kerbside paper/cardboard stream.
• Soft plastics (if any): Re-use where possible, or take to participating soft-plastic collection points.
• Re-use first: Boxes and void fill often have a second (or third!) use at home or work.
