This suspension seatpost with 27.2mm diameter is quick and easy to fit to your bike. Simply remove you existing 27.2mm seatpost and replace with this one. It will make you road smoother by absorbing the impact from your bikes surface while riding. Perfect for mountain bikes and can be used with any bike providing your bicycles seat post mount is the same diameter. These shock reducing seat posts have a total length of 350 mm. Included in this length is a travel of 40mm which is required to dampen the shock from underneath. Depending on the riders weight you may need to adjust the tension of the spring inside the seatpost tube. To do this simply adjust the hex bolt at the bottom of the seatpost tube. For heavier rider weight and to reduce the dampening turn the key clockwise. For a lighter rider and to increase dampening turn the hex key counter clockwise.
