These protective knee pads for women and men will give you more confidence when participating in extreme sports. Should you fall or get hit the padding will protect you knees from scratches and bruises.
They are padded with EVA padding up to 1.2cm thick. This thickness is enough to protect your body from most knocks without impacting your movement significantly.
Each knee pad size has a wide fitment. This wide fitment is possible because of the elastic tube structure of the pads. To select the best fitting pad size for you measure the maximum circumference point as shown in the photo.

Measure the circumference of your thigh 10 cm (4 in) above your kneecap.
Note: There may be a 1–3 cm measurement inaccuracy due to manual measurement.
