To find the perfect fit, measure the circumference of your arm 12 cm above and below the middle of your elbow. Match your measurements with our size guide chart. If your arm's circumference is less than shown in the chart, the elbow guard may shift out of place during use. Our fabric is highly stretchable, so if you are unsure, choose a smaller size.
