High quality suspension posts mountain bike or road bike usage with a 25.4 mm diameter. They are quick easy to install yourself. This is done by simply removing your bike seat from your post and attaching it to your new suspension post. Then once this is done remove the old bike post from your bike and replace with the bike suspension post. At the bottom of the shock resistant seat post is a hex socket. This hex socket is used to adjust the firmness of the spring. To adjust the amount of shock protection simply turn the socket clockwise or counter clockwise until you have the desired amount of protection. These seat posts with shock protection are 350 mm long and have a travel of up to 40 mm.  This travel helps absorb bumps and jolts from under the wheels of your bicycle creating a smoother riding experience.
